At Simple Campus Connect, we help Ontario residents enroll in government-approved career programs — many of which are fully funded through OSAP grants and loans.
As a Student Referral Agent, you’ll play a vital role in connecting people to these education and funding opportunities while earning income for yourself.

Your Role

As an agent, your responsibility is to connect people to opportunity.
You’ll share information about our college programs with individuals in your network — adults looking to upskill, newcomers restarting their careers, or parents seeking better opportunities.

Once you refer a potential student, our admissions advisors take over and handle the application process, OSAP funding, and enrollment steps.
Your role is to connect, inform, and refer — not to sell.

Training & Support

We provide everything you need to succeed, including:

  • Personalized onboarding and training materials

  • Digital marketing content and printable brochures

  • Ongoing support from our admissions and administrative teams

  • Your own unique referral URL to track your student applications

  • Secure access to our Agent Dashboard, where you can monitor your referrals, student enrollments, statistics, and commission earnings in real time

All you need is motivation and a network — family, friends, or community contacts across Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, and local platforms like Nextdoor.

Compensation & Bonuses

Agents earn between $300 and $500 per enrolled student, depending on the program and college.
Payments are released after each student completes 60 days in their program, following OSAP disbursement timelines.

After your first 3 successful enrollments, you’ll receive our Official Starter Package, which includes:

  • 250 printed business cards with your name, referral link, and QR code

  • A SimpleCampusConnect.com professional email address

  • A formal recruitment contract confirming your active agent status

Consistent performance also unlocks bonuses and advancement through our Network Partner Tier System.

Network Partner Tier System (College C)

Our Network Partner Tier System is designed for agents who want to build and manage their own sub-agent teams, creating a scalable long-term income model.

Tier Breakdown:

  • Tier 1 – Starter (70/30 Split): New agents or under 10 verified monthly enrollments

  • Tier 2 – Growth (65/35 Split): 10–19 verified monthly enrollments or 5+ active sub-agents

  • Tier 3 – Partner (60/40 Split): 20+ verified monthly enrollments, 10+ sub-agents, or 3 consecutive high-performance months

Partner-level agents can create, train, and pay their own sub-agents directly within their 40% share, while tracking team performance through the integrated dashboard.
